HousingType of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
It's the only way to live independently. It also gives you the opportunity to live with Spaniards. But: you might experience difficult landlords/-ladies.

Avoid the housing agencies, they'll rip you off. Live downtown in a shared apartment. The ESADE residence is extremely expensive and has the worst location in Barcelona.

The good thing about going to ESADE is that everything takes place in Spanish. The local students are eager to get to know new people, and they give us the opportunity to really practice and learn the language.

Final comments
See as much as you can of Spain, spend less time studying. Go visit the different "fiestas" around Spain, such as the carnaval in Sitges, San Fermin in Pamplona, Holy Week in Sevilla++.
