My room was very big and had a shower. The only negative was that there was a shared toilet and shared kitchen. Also, the average age of those staying on campus was about 20, perhaps not the best option for mature students .

Depending on the visa that you get, the French government may subsidize a little of your housing expenses which is a big help! Make sure you are well informed with this.

Plan ahead (money, trips that you would like to take, research the city) and take full advantage of the time that you are there, time flies too quickly and it's done before you know it!

It was pretty good. The teachers were fair with those not native French speakers. It definitely helps to know a little bit of French before going, although there were students who came with no knowledge and did managed well.
