REGENSBURG IS A BEAUTIFUL CITY, EVEN IF YOU END UP TRAVELLING MUCH AS A STUDENT IT IS THE BEST HOME BASE TO COME BACK TO. PLUS, IT IS PREDOMINANTLY A UNIVERSITY CITY THAT IS VERY SAFE AND FUN.
