Franklin College

I went to Lugano because it is in the Italian part of Switzerland but since the school life is primarily english speakers I didn't practice as much as I could have. You can definitely practice Italian or French when you're there but don't count on doing it @ FC unless you take a language course.

The computer lab was often the place to do work, plus in the summer its air conditioned which was really nice considering it get really hot there.

Franklin College is a wonderful place to be if you can travel, immerse yourself in culture, and have a bit of money to spend. Party hard, Study Some...Good times.

I think from what I heard the housing options are mostly good...try to get a single apartment, they're usually better. I would probably choose Florida again.

Living in Florida, my wonderful 6 "res-mates" and I went out to OK BAr almost everynite because it is directly accross the street from us...Its a taxi bar/gas station but we loved it and we got to know the owner really well...Other than that there was Square, good times on Friday and then the Pub up the road from school. Lugano is wonderful but finding a regular spot is key. Other info?? Its really expensive, Manor is amazing...they have everything but its easy to spend a ton of money there. Some of the kids that go to FC are a bit stuck up because they have so much money but you'll get that with many foreign private schools. Other than that, its a wonderful time...Highly recommended :)
