Languages
Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't.
How much did you improve your English?
My level before: At ease in most situations
My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang)
Language difficulties
Administrative / Institutional
Personal comments
At Fudan University the language of instruction was English, so there wasn't any problem with that. However, with my Chinese it was hard to pass all the administrative stuff (police...). In China nearly anybody can speak English or another "not Asian language".
