Housing
Type of housing: Studio apartment in student housing
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Same place!
Why?
New building and furniture, great central location close to school and the Helsinki city centre. Each room has free broadband Internet connection, there is a launderette on every floor and 3 saunas on the top floor (some with a terrace).

Choice of central studio apartments for €464 per month and flat shares (Ida/Puistola/Pasila) out of the city centre for €150/€215/€250. If you don't want to pay for the studio apartment, I would choose the flat share Ida.

Personal comments
No need to buy your own books, just borrow from the school library or photocopy the essential parts. Teachers also give paper handouts and some material is available online.
