I shared my apartment with a fellow student and the apartment was great. You are more independent when you live on your own.

The university did not provide accommodation to students if they didn't stay longer than a year. But I saw the accommodation they provided and I like my appartment so much better.Although it was more expensive.

extremely cheap app. 25euro / month, (but not for all foreign sutdents - i don't know why); a group of foriegni students living on one floor = fun

very small rooms, but perfect locations with exceptional view ; extremely hot rooms starting in april; but i still loved it

It was easy to find the room. There is a homepage alberlet.hu where students offer rooms, I think also the corvinus university helps students to find a flat. Moreover, housing is cheap in Budapest.
