When you arrive to another country you don´t have friends, you don´t speak really good the language, you are scared about all...but, all the people is the same as you...you have to try to speak with the people, all will be really friendly with you...and at the end of your placement/erasmus year, etc. you don´t want to come back, you will miss your friends...YOU´LL MISS THIS YEAR!!!!!

I went to Liverpool to finish my Final Proyect Degree and at work the language wasn´t a problem, but in your social life can be difficult the first 2months because in Liverpool they have "their own english"...after 2months...you don´t have any problems!!!
