Very English-friendly which is no surprise since it's their official language. I will say it can be hard to understand when Singaporeans speak really fast in Singlish, but they'll naturally adjust when they're talking to you.

The professors in the university spoke English excellently, thus it was very easy to communicate with them. Everyone in Singapore can speak in English, thus was easy to get around and to talk to people.

English was the official language in Singapore. I love their slang and their cute chinese accent.. they call it Singlish!! The English of one of my professors was really bad and this fact made me hate his course.
