I think the idea to put students from different cultures and backgrounds was a great one. However, I would be a bit critic about the Student Office which took always a long time to make reparations when problems ccured

Final comments
As the Netherlands is a small country it makes it easier to travel...however, the trains are very expensive. That's why I recommend to buy a 'Korting Kart' which allows to have dscounts!
