Standard of living is generally higher here than in Ghana. Besides the tax system here makes a lot of things more expensive than even in other European countries.

It was very difficult getting a job because I did not speak the local language.It was very surprising that even for cleaning jobs I was told wherever i went that I needed to speak danish to be able to get a job.I only had to learn not to spend beyond my means. Shop fron Aldi amd Netto who things are much cheaper.

Yes, I had to do this experience before! In fact I did the following academic year (2000/2001) in Granada, Spain. (You may include in your web-site the possibility to write about more than one international experience)
