Final comments
There is a bus system available, but in my opinion a bike would be necessary to come around in College Station. If you don't want to fly from Houston to College Station, there are different Airportshuttles, which you can use and which are maybe cheaper.
I had a wonderful time in College Station and would go back immediatley, if I had the possibility.
