On campus at Trinity the PAV, short for the Pavillion, was a great place to catch sports games and sit outside on the hill for relaxing evening of socializing. In the city the Quey was a good place to go for a good Guiness. The best place in my opinion was called Whole in the Wall and that is exactly what it was. Great place to mingle with the locals and really soak up the experience. In Galway, Ireland The Quey was also the place to be and a great meeting location to start off the night.

The University was beautiful. The architecture was so detailed and our surroundings were surreal. My experience as a student and an independent traveler were hiehgtened due the location and the historical significance of Trinity University. With the Book of Kells exhibition being on campus and the campus being in a prime location of Dublin, a perfect mix of adventure and education was at our fingertips.

Course recommendations
Our classes were great. There was a lot of emphasis on questioning locals on their political views which really opened eyes and contributed to the overall experience.

I honestly loved every minute of it. Our professors were great and very encouraging. We engaged in many class discussions, attended plays, and really ended with a well rounded adventure.

If you have a place to stay with a fridge, groceries are definiety the way to go. Sandwiches are great and easy on the wallet. When your on the go, snacks are great and pizza was always around the corner somewhere. Also, although many of the guided tours were helpful and interesting I felt it was more fun and less expensive to go out and find landmarks, and monuments on your own or with a friend.
