Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
I like staying at a shared appartment, in order to meet people and make new friends. As well as this, I like living in my own place, doing my cooking, etc.

Personal comments
It was great: I shared the appartment with a Finnish girl and a Chinese girl, and we got on very well. The place was confortable and we kept it clean, and we managed very well with sharing every task at home.

Final comments
I think it's a great idea hiring a cottage to spend a weekend with your friends. In addition, you should try boat trips throught Baltic Sea, as you can party cheaper in them!

I had no problems with my English when I arrived in Finland, I could manage very well. After my stay there, I noticed that my English was much more fluent, and I learnt lots of vocabulary and adquired abilities to write and express myself better.
