Personal comments
I had the challenges that any foreigner will face, but everyone was so patient. In the begining I did not even want to answer my cell phone if my house mom was calling, because I knew that I would not understand anything she said, but by the end of one year; I would call her just to see how her day was going and spend some nights with her and her girlfriends while they gossiped the night away!

Course recommendations
try seminars, they are the most interesting subjects, very praxis-oriented and not too hard even 4 erasmus. forget about most beginner and intermediate courses, they are very theoretical and teachers tend to be crap.

Personal comments
enjoy life on- and off-campus. teachers can be enoying because they see erasmus as lazy people. their prejudices lead to bad results even though one works hard. so be prepared!

Personal comments
More interaction with tutors and recognition from them that they have Erasmus students in their classes. Greater explanation of tasks to be done for the next class and a slower pace in classes. Informal meeting at the beginning of the year for international students and local students

Open a Spanish bank account and transfer money this way. It is much cheaper and easier than withdrawing money from cash machines all the time.
