During my experience abroad, I ... (1) Never – (4) A lot
I lived and studied in Vitoria-Gasteiz, since the translation faculty is located in that city.
In my opinion, as a French student I was pretty dissapinted with the level offeered by the university, because it didn't meet my expectations. Prior to enrrolling at this university I had to pass a level exam, allegedly b2-c1 level, so that when we started the semseter we could develve into the French language at a higer level. Nevertheless, to my surprise the classes were focus on basic grammar for beginers.
When it comes to the russian department, I have to say, that during my time there, the teacher were excellent and I learn a great deal even though we started from zero level.
Besides my dissapointment with the French department, the general level is up to the national standards. The linguistics department is great and Innovative.
