Introduce a fast pt language course before the studies start! Revise some of the courses! Reduce or take away the cost of the residence (in Sweden Erasmus students don't pay at all!)
This is a private uni with all the sequences. It is not the best uni in the world and the knowledge is sometimes bad in some fields.

A residence is a good place to start meeting local people and other Erasmus students. If you are going not for a very long time and want lo meet local people I recomend it.
