Cost-saving tip # 1: drink lots of coffee (cafe) at the bar, not the tables. Also, food in the restaurants is only slightly more expensive than the mensa, so take advantage and eat out once in a while...the experience is a great value!

Because the university restaurants are cheaper than spanish restaurants. Also the mobile phone calls are cheaper. However the night life is more exepensive because of the prices of the drinks and discos
