Personal recommendation
I recommend this university. With it's quiet atmosphere and beautiful setting, it is very relaxed. As well, Stuttgart is very close and all the bright lights and noises of city life can be found there.

On-campus housing was very affordable. More was spent on travel because I was interested in seeing parts of Germany and other countries I hadn't seen before.
