I've learned English since I was 4 years old so it wasn't difficult for me to take lessons in English. Although I didn't speak German before living in Klagenfurt I took german intensive german lessons and a few months later I could speak a little...

Regarding the cost of basic cutlery, food items, more about the standards´.

Buy a monthly bus pass instead of trying to get by with free rides as you will get caught.
