Nightlife: drinks are cheeper and there are many free festivals around, discounts for students Travel: is possible to buy a card for train and metro wich gives the 20% off any ticket or season-ticket

To get the rent refund is important to open a bank account in France. Don't forget to take your birth certificate along with you: it's necessary to ask for the account. Take a day to go shopping in malls or other shopping centers... price are always lower!!!

The rent was very low because of the State's financial support At home I travelled free with my student travelling card, but in France you have to pay. On the other hand,I received a monthly warrant for not travelling at home (I requested that before I parted).
