Personal comments
Despite the size of the rooms, that were pretty small, and the shared facilities, it was in general a significant experience and an opportunity to develop my adaptability skills.

Final comments
Strasbourg is at the heart of Europe. From there, it is possible to reach the most desired destinations in an acceptable time and with international pass it is not that expensive. I suggest to learn a bit of French before getting there.

Academic
Course recommendations
Master courses from DEA and DESS are affordable even for undergraduate students; a strong accent is put on mathematics in almost every course, but few of them (the most theoretical ones).

Personal comments
A greater use of electronic resources and e-learning support, like in my home university, would improve the quality of teaching a lot and would make it easier for students to have a reference for their studies. It would be also better to introduce a more rigorous use of books.

Personal comments
At first it was pretty hard, due to the fact that I studied French when I was at primary school and then I kept studying only English. Even if my mathertongue language is very close to French, I had to study hard to improve my level in order to be able to fully integrate in the local culture and to understand the whole lifestyle.
