Learning to perfect French in Toulouse is a wonderful experience. The local Toulousain accent is the most distinctive in France and the way they pronouce the language is enchanting. I recommend Toulouse as a place to study and live unreservedly.

More interaction between locals and foreign students would've helped. Usually, foreign students socialized with foreign students, and that's the only way we could learn French

made lots of French friends which was great for practising. Also had private tuitions which helps me improve enormously - still in close contact with teacher today
