Go for it!Rouen is a small beautiful town with many erasmus students(especially in faculty of law), close to Paris(for your week-ends) and in the middle of europe (in order to travel often, cheap and easy). The erasmus atmosphere of "erasmus people-happy people" is all around the place!Don t miss it
