The housing was new, we were the first to live in the house and it was immaculate. The housing committee were very reasonable and understanding. The location was in between the university and the town so it was perfect.

The Netherlands is a country where people speak very good english. Therefore they don't expect or encourage you to speak their language. I had no real opportunity to learn dutch.
