Final comments
Plan all trips ahead of time, especially where you will be going when you get to your destination, as in: the sites you want to see at your destination, etc. Be friendly with the locals, most of them will love to talk to you in either English (if they know it they will want to practice it) or Chinese.

Speak with the local people, they will be very interested in foreigners speaking their language. You can make great friends with local shopowners and they will love to chat with you. It's also great practice!
