Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
More opportunity to mix around with local and other international students. Learn their livings, cultures, and most importantly improving the english language as well as learning some of other international languages.

Not much to say with regards to academic. Everything is relatively the same everywhere. However too many courseworks near the end of terms are a bit annoying.

Personal comments
Find it difficult at first to understand local accent/slang. Make friends with local students to improve the language and avoid sticking around with friends from the same country as you won't get a chance to practice english.

Enjoy your student life to the fullest as you will never be a student your whole life. Take the chance to travel within UK and other european countries. So many places to go with so little time(and budget)

Personal comments
Maintain only 1 bank and 1 credit card. Go to cheaper supermarket (ASDA and TESCO). Get student discount cards (train, bus). Wait for sale seasons for price cut in most of the items especially clothes and shoes. Go to car boot sale if you have transport.
