Personal spending habits
The main reason is evident: Finland is more expensive than Spain, specially in food and drinks. I spent more in travelling just because in Spain I din't travel and in telephone because it is more expensive make international phones (but I spent less money when I phoned with my finnish number to finnish numbers too. The housing was cheaper because of the model of housing for students in Finland.

Final comments
For me it was the best choice of my life. But I think that all the students say that about their host universities. The point is that I think that the Erasmus experience is the best choice in the life of a student. You open your mind, grow and become more independent. And It is a really fun experience in which you make a lot of friends and you improve your academic skills.

Ruma was for me the best nightclub, but it was because of the music (I really loved it). Th point of the city is that there are a lot of clubs and they are very differents, you can spend and enjoy one night in a techno disco and the following day in a salsa pub. You can't miss the Vappu, the party of the first of May in which students spend three days in the street having fun. You can even "be baptized" in the river of the town in a traditional act for the students of first year or exchange students. Visit Lapland, Russia and the Baltics and do the trip by boat to Stockholm with the SeaBattle.
