The level of education was high. It was different from the education in Russia. I havent been 2 any other European Universities so I cant compair. But 4 me it was the one where I felt like studying longer.

As 2 the travel tips: they had a kind of a Junior Card 4 trains - u buy it with ur ISIC card and pay much much much less 4 the trains!!! And of course, if u ever go there Stodolni is a MUST!

You might find it hard to travel around, not because there's no access to transports (in the train station you have trains leaving to everywhere from Germany to Moscow), but because you'll find it hard to leave this worderfull town. But Ostrava is close to so many places worth visit that it's almost a shame if you don't.
Beware of pickpockets and car thieves. Two friends of mine lost a wallet with almost 100 Euros (100 USDollars) and the car radio in the very first day because they where not properly warned. Also be careful about your jackets and so in night spots. But it's not a dangerous place, and if you take a bit of care it will be a fine experience.

University, city and country in general works very good, and is very well situated in Central Europe so you can visit many countries around.

Technical University of Ostrava, my experience so far is one of pride that I have been able to be apart of my university. The dedication and hard work that has been put into my three years so far has allowed me to succeed in many ways, as well as increasing my self-development skills. The University brings Employers through career fairs and portal to your doorstep for you to showcase your talent and experience. Guidance to CV writing, how to search for jobs, prepare for interviews etc. are also provided from time to time.
The institution takes interest in the students and provide assistance as regular as possible.
