Expected qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Law, Engineering
Technical skills:

* Analysis of commercials bids

* Basic Legal terms and conditions understanding

Computing skills:

* Proficiency in MS Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
* SAP experience

Languages:

* English: level C1
* French: level B2

Activities

Join our affiliate (COMPANY NAME) E&P DENMARK in Esbjerg !
As Buyer in Contracts and Procurement (Sourcing Team: Operational Services and Projects), you will:
- Prepare dossiers for tendering and award of contracts for relevant categories. Examples of dossiers are contract changes, strategy documents, invitations to tender, contract templates to be issued in tenders, technical and commercial evaluation of bid submissions, recommendations to award, contract documents, contract amendments.
- Present dossiers to management in local contracts committees.
- Work together with multiple stakeholders in the tender and award of contracts, e.g. work with technical engineers, HSE specialists, finance and/or legal colleagues for the execution of sourcing/tender activities.
- Engage with external parties e.g. pre- and post award activities in tenders/contracts (e.g. contractual qualifications, price negotiations, disputes etc).
- Engage with (COMPANY NAME) Global Procurement for review, discussion and approval of dossiers.

Context & Environment

The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates.
The affiliate will provide an accommodation.
