Job based in Frankfurt a.m. at the Large Industries WBL office, with WBL Markets direction, the Department is in charge of the management of 10 strategic accounts and global business model. The Large Industries sales amount to 5.4bE sales with top 20 customers representing 50% of total sales. The main responsibilities are the lead of the strategic account management, CX and global strategic initiatives related to business, sales force training & development programs and key LI business growth projects support.
The team is made of 5 Strategic Accounts managers + a manager of Training with his assistant
? Update strategic materials with global accounts managers
? Maintain strategic Account (internal) google site(s) and WBL LI Google site
? To review main strategies of our top global accounts and build extensive reviews with stakeholders (SAM/KAM, Markets), propose a business financial model (spread Gsheet) to translate that into KPIs.
? Pursue the deployment of LI CX around the globe with a set of global actions allowing us to benchmark clusters and follow up the coming global wave of Medallia questionnaires.
? Consolidate the data deriving from the Network app to review our networking plan by key account.
? Maintain the Markets / SA-KA google site (stratégies and markets trends analysis and outlooks) (co-shared with Market team)
? Develop internal market communication
TRAINING AND BUSINESS POPULATION DEVELOPMENT
? E-learning design and development for the LI Commercial Training (flagship of the Group)
? Case study and other training material development
VALUE CO-CREATION - OPTIONALITIES
? Liaise with HUB and Cluster GYM and CX leaders to consolidate projected benefits from Optionalities, Value Co-Creation and GYM Commercial
? Distill information from HUBs and Clusters into uniform financial metrics (Sales, GM and OI)
? Develop a process to take GYM Commercial Ideas [from the Cluster Format(s)] to a simplified Optionality Form
? Advance the Optionality Portal to a more user-friendly environment/portal for the sharing of Optionality ideas with LI Commercial Community
Objectives / Results expected
? Strategic account strategic reviews properly performed by each SAM with key stakeholder
? CX road map update for the BL
? Networking plan updated for Comex members
? GYM Business with Optionalities KPIs follow up
? Elearning modules in the LMS
