You will be part of the AL CO2 Europe Industrial Merchant entity based in Coleshill.

(COMPANY NAME) CO2 Europe :

AL CO2 Europe SA, a 100% subsidiary of the (COMPANY NAME) Group, combines CO2 production and distribution activities in Europe, and defines the commercial policy for CO2 in this zone. The company has 12 production plants in 8 countries and serves nearly 3,000 customers, from the food industry to the transport sector. AL CO2 Europe operates more than 300 trailers and 80 railcars.

Presentation of the team and business activities

The Production, Supply Chain, Logistics and Fleet Teams are in charge of delivering Liquid CO2 to 3000 customers from various liquefaction sites located in Europe (FR, DE, IT, AU, CH, UK, BLX). The Fleet Team provides Logistics with the right number of transport equipment (trailer, wagon, container) in an operationally safe condition. The availability of each transport equipment is a key element. Against this background, spare parts inventory and distribution is also an important factor. This also includes the various different adapters in order to be able to load the transport units on different systems if necessary.

ALIGN is a European SAP-based project to review our processes and aims at 1. Simplify and harmonize business processes, 2. Reduce complexity and increase convergence of IT landscape, 3. Enhance customer's and employee's experience while unlocking value and efficiency benefits for Europe.
Your key missions will be the following :

* To be the interface between ALIGN project team and AL CO2 Europe organization
* To organize Steerco meeting at AL CO2 Europe (planning, resources, tasks, follow up) and Project Projects on the difference Work Packages (Fleet, Production, Invoice)
* To consolidate data and documents (procedures, data loadings, tests, training...)
* To guarantee effective coordination and cooperation between the various services within AL CO2 Europe (Operations, Controlling, Procurement, Product Management, Controlling...)
* To take the lead on various projects to make the project phase progress well (tests, loadings...)
* To organize the change management process and contribute to ease the trainings and post-go-live support
