Group Talent Specialist

Introduction:

As a Group Talent Specialist at PLG, you act as a change facilitator, creative "design thinker" and you lead multi-disciplinary people projects to design & execute group cultural transformation projects.

Key Result Areas:

Hands-on design and functional development of cultural transformation projects with support of various countries.
You leverage on Group BoOST 2023 strategy to design & develop functional aspects of priority projects such as
a.Talent Management
b.Career Journey / paths
c.Career conversations
d.People internal communication

You anchor hands-on program management:
a.Building internal project teams
b.Managing project deliverables to deploy across PLG
c.Assessing and managing change
d.Governance through steering committees and routine reviews
e.You engage stakeholders (HR, business managers, Individual contributors) to seek project deployment feedback

You plan and introduce pilot initiatives in selected countries to test the project deliverables.

Coaching members to manage change arising out of introducing new projects

You support countries to create country local people strategy in line with group people projects Example:

You create and manage communication material to support project communication

You take initiative to learn and present industry best practices in the areas of leadership behaviours, succession planning, development actions, change management, performance management
