Groupe SEB Nordic develops, distributes, and sells products under the brand name OBH Nordica and distributes and sells products under the brand names Tefal, Krups, Rowenta, Moulinex, Lagostina, WMF and Nespresso. The Nordic Operations team is recruiting a VIE to our office in Stockholm, Sweden. The assignment will primarily be as a Demand and Inventory Planner in the Nordic Demand Planning team with a possibility for a second assignment in the Nordic Operations team. In the role as Demand and Inventory Planner you will hold the responsibility for the S&OP process, establishing superior demand forecast while ensuring ideal stock levels & high customer service level including end to end steering of customer promotions. You will strive to minimize SLOBS (financial & operational) and cost as well as actively reduce complexity. YOUR MISSIONS: * Work with EMEA and local Supply Chain functions, Sales & Marketing to ensure sales forecasting process, 12 months rolling Forecast. * Organize and manage monthly Demand review meetings for the area of responsibility. * Early identification of possible gaps in the business plan to proactively define and implement countermeasures ensuring budget targets achievement in terms of net sales, inventories and customer service level. * Regular monitoring of performance and indicate appropriate actions to meet objectives including proposals for continuous improvement. * Ensure the right level of stock availability by steering the EMEA Supply planning team and planning of the copacking. Manage SLOBS (obsolete & slow movers) by developing corresponding action plan. * In consent with the Business Unit`s: execute phase in / phase out management and creation of copackaging including lifecycle management for the area of responsibility

Ihr Profil:

PROFILE With a university degree, ideally with a focus on supply chain management/logistics/operations management, you are a team player with high analytical skills and good communication skills You are process oriented (organized, solution-oriented & accurate) and you have a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset Excel-Knowledge is needed, and first knowledge of SAP is an advantage English fluent
