FORVIA University is a corporate university embedded in FORIVA to accompany Group Strategy implementation by preparing the employees for their current job and anticipating the business expectations in the future. It provides an innovation ecosystem to support the core competencies and develop the soft skills alongside mindset change.
FORVIA University trains more than 9,000 employees over the period with our five regional campuses in three continents. With our learning lab, (COMPANY NAME) University proposes more than 300 MOOCs on different topics such as leadership, management, diversity, ethics, AI, etc. We work with prestige universities (Cambridge, London Business School, HEC etc.) and consulting/training firms (Accenture, Diafora, etc.) to develop and deliver high quality training content to our employees.
We are looking for an individual based in Europe Campus Paris Region in project or learning management with a proactive attitude, a continuous improvement mindset and passionate by company strategy transformation through learning, particularly regarding Diversity & Inclusion.
The current position is taking care of training management for Diversity & Inclusion, as well as D& I project and events.
His/Her major responsibilities will be:
* Training vendor management: training offer mapping, contract maintaining, PO/Invoices management, and training calendar maintaining.

* Training promotion and communication:
* market training opportunities to employees with different promotion ways: collective mail newsletter, social media, branding events, videos etc.
* collecting, sharing, and updating information of our programs to key business function stakeholders and HR team.

* Learning Management System (LMS) follow-up:
* training registration status monitoring
* training information maintaining (price, cost, trainer, session time and venue, etc.)
* training records tracking and reporting

* Training preparation and conduction:
* For In-house onsite training: venue booking, facility and material set up and tear down
* For all the trainings (onsite or online, in-house or outsourced): inspection on the day of training to ensure the training standards are met as required

* Post training follow-up:
* improvement proposal regarding training process, participant experience and content based on in-field observation/analyzing alongside post-training evaluation feedback.
* Cash collection and vendor invoice payment follow up

* Training Budget/ Actual follow-up for his/her portfolio

* Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with our key stakeholders from busine functions and HR team

* Organizing Diversity & Inclusion face to face or online event.
The candidate should demonstrate the following characteristics:
* Fluent in English
* Academic background in project management, learning or HR.
* Strong project management skills - be organized with rigor.
* Knowing Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, Forms…) is mandatory
* Pro-active and reactive - problem solving
* Active listening and good inter-personal skills
* Understand the purpose and mission of corporate university, as well as diversity & inclusion and motivated by that purpose.
* Curiosity for the content of the portfolio would be a plus.
* Knowing Power BI, or other data analysis/reporting software would be a plus
