Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist to monitors key performance indicators in the implementation of maintenance projects
* Support in the procurement of products, services, and other materials
* Preparation of costing and checking on the availability of data for spare parts and services within Airbus Helicopters Group or from an external supplier
* Preparation of quotations under consideration of required maintenance man-hours and cost for spare parts, materials, and services.
* Preparation and issuance of purchase orders
* Assist to monitor all the orders and follow up on the undelivered spares from suppliers
* Encode all the parts ordered under order monitoring in the database

Personal & Interpersonal Skills:
* Meticulous and keen on details
* Performs job with the highest integrity
* Promotes camaraderie among employees
* Good communication skills (written and oral)
* Tech-Savvy
* Knowledge in Aviation Industry is an advantage

Professional Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Aviation-related Course
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
