Key Responsibilities:

* Industry Research & Insights: Support analysis of industry trends, technology developments (e.g., AI, cloud computing, big data, blockchain), and competitive landscapes.
* Client Needs Analysis: Participate in client interviews and workshops to identify business pain points, technology challenges, and transformation needs.
* Solution Design: Collaborate with project teams to design technology-based solution blueprints, supporting strategic planning, process optimization, and system selection.
* Data Analytics & Insight Generation: Learn to use data analysis tools/techniques to process data, extract actionable business insights, and support decision-making.
* Documentation & Presentation: Assist in preparing project deliverables (interview summaries, current-state analyses, solution proposals, presentations).
* Project Management Support: Contribute to project planning, task tracking, and risk identification.
* Knowledge Development: Actively engage in team learning sessions to continuously enhance professional capabilities.

We Are Looking For:

* 2025 Graduates (Bachelor's/Master's degree)
* All majors welcome; preferred backgrounds: Computer Science; Software Engineering; Information Systems; Data Science; AI; FinTech; Electronics Engineering; Automation; Mathematics; Statistics; Industrial Engineering; Business Administration (IT focus); Economics
* Tech Passion: Curiosity about emerging technologies (AI, cloud, big data, blockchain) and their business applications.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Structured thinking with ability to distill complex issues and develop solutions.
* Learning Agility: Adapt quickly to new domains/projects in fast-paced environments.
* Communication: Strong bilingual (English/Chinese) written and verbal skills (English at working proficiency).
* Collaboration: Proactive team player thriving in diverse teams.
* Resilience: Responsible, accountable, and able to deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Advantageous Qualifications:

* Relevant internships (consulting, tech firms, financial institution IT/data analytics)
* Experience with data tools (Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau/Power BI)
* Technical certifications (optional but preferred)
