About the role

In the role as Central Solid Planner you are the linking pin between our Customer Care department and the Supply Chain organisation. You follow up, analyse and validate all stock levels within our European Distribution Center of all solid products.

Key responsibilities include

* Manage the flow of all solid products between our European Distribution Center (EDC) and all other warehouses

As Central Solid Planner you are responsible to manage all request/questions and issues related to the stock level of solid products that are sent from the EDC.

You tackle all stock issues and try to find alternative solutions.

* You challenge the forecast of the Demand Planners in order to make sure that the right quantity of products is planned. You work closely together with the Customer Care team to make sure that the client is delivered in the most efficient way, when the orders differ significantly from the forecast.

* In this position you are in charge of the follow-up of the Stock Transfer Order ( STO) in SAP, based on the demand for solid products in the EDC and from all other warehouses .

* As the linking pin to the Customer Care team you are the SPOC between Customer Care and the local planners/transport planners. Your communication relates to availability of the solid products, delivery on time, transport a.o.

* You collect all information from local production planners and transport planning or the Master Solid plan.

About you

* You obtained a Bachelor/Master degree in Logistiscs/Supply Chain

* You have at least 2-3 years in a similar role

* As a person you have excellent communication skills, you are a real problem solver with good stakeholder management skills.

* An in-depth knowledge of the production process is a real asset so you can make a realtistic Solid plan.

* SAP, Microsoft Office and OMP Solid Planner hold no secrets for you.

* You are fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of any other local languages is a strong plus.

* As a person you are stress resistant, a teamplayer and a good communicator.
