Marketing Outbound Specialist, BR Marketing Engagement

Beschreibung:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Outbound Manager to own and scale our WhatsApp Marketing channel in Brazil, while also driving innovation across Email and Push notification programs. This role requires a builder mindset - someone who can leverage existing tools and products to unlock new engagement strategies and meaningfully grow the WhatsApp channel as a high-impact, cost-efficient customer touchpoint.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the WhatsApp channel roadmap: grow reach, engagement, and conversion through creative campaign strategies.
- Experiment with new message formats, content types, and customer journeys using available platform capabilities.
- Analyze channel performance, identify opportunities, and propose/run A/B tests to optimize results.
- Partner with tech and product teams to pilot new WhatsApp features and integrations.
- Build scalable playbooks and best practices for the channel.
- Support strategic improvements to Email and Push: content, personalization, and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate on lifecycle trigger strategies to improve engagement and retention

Ihr Profil:

- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL
- Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
- Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
