About the Business Partnership Manager role
(COMPANY NAME) is hiring an additional Business Partnership Manager to grow and develop (COMPANY NAME)'s company partnership offering in Denmark. We call it "(COMPANY NAME) at Work": efficient solution for companies and their employees to order delicious food for lunch, late hours and other occasions. The ideal candidate is ready for a two-folded job: help develop (COMPANY NAME) at Work in Denmark in collaboration with the local team and our Finnish HQ, and also actively sell the (COMPANY NAME) at Work offering to Danish companies.
What you will be doing
Systematically manage the pipeline of new, hungry companies
Establish relationships with office managers and other company representatives and successfully close (COMPANY NAME) at Work-deals
Continuously optimize and develop the (COMPANY NAME) at Work-offering to make it more attractive for more companies
Follow relevant operational and sales KPIs closely and take action when needed
Make sound business decisions while supporting your intuition with data
You can quickly identify and target the most eligible companies in the Danish cities where we operate
You have sales experience; networking and building relationships is your second-nature
Shy and quiet are not words that describe you

You are willing and able to take the lead and orchestrate the necessary changes together with the rest of (COMPANY NAME) to reach KPIs and improve the offering

Experience within B2B sales is a plus but not a requirement
Experience with working with Pipedrive or another CRM system is a plus but not a requirement
