Zweck & Gesamtrelevanz für die Organisation:

Unterstützung des Account Operations Teams für Zalando im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
Beitrag zur Sicherstellung transparenter Orderbook-Prozesse sowie zur reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

· Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Überwachung des Orderbooks (z. B. Tracking von Orders, Lieferstatus, Verzögerungen)

· Mitarbeit bei der Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten und Reports zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung

· Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (z. B. Recherche, Aufbereitung von Informationen, Weiterleitung an zuständige Stellen)

· Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Auswertungen für interne und externe Stakeholder

· Mitarbeit bei der Identifikation von Datenabweichungen (z. B. EDI-Fehler, fehlende Artikelinformationen) und Unterstützung bei der Nachverfolgung

· Unterstützung bei der Koordination mit internen Schnittstellen (z. B. Sales, Supply Chain, IT, Finance)

· Mitarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen

· Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation und Pflege von Prozessen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Tools

· Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung im Account Operations Umfeld

· Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. E-Mail-Kommunikation, Datenpflege, Follow-ups)

Kenntnisse, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten:

* Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)

* Erste SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Interesse an E-Commerce, Operations und Prozessmanagement

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit

Benötigte Ausbildung und Erfahrung / Mindestanforderung:

* Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar

* Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit) von Vorteil

* Interesse an E-Commerce, Supply Chain oder Customer Operations
