The Family Law Company is looking for a corporate assistant to help with the operation of projects with clients from Europe.
The company is located in Singapore and providing international business consulting service for companies from Europe and around the globe.
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated person to provide administrative and customer support for us and our clients.
Our future colleague will coordinate and monitor the projects assigned in order to meet the goals and targets established,
manage and/or maintain extensive and ever changing calendars by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conferences and travel arrangements,
file and retrieve corporate documents, prepare and develop various reports related to the department, and provide quality client service.
This is a remote part-time job with the opportunity to travel frequently and to have full-time job in the future.
The ideal candidate should be motivated, quick-thinking and open to working in an environment where he/she is capable of performing administrative tasks
in a fast-paced environment. The individual should be flexible, highly organized and have the ability to multi-task and anticipate needs.
- Bachelor diploma or equivalent
- Extremely organized and detail oriented person
- Strong communication skills
- Project and Time Management skills
- Ability to travel and have residence in one of the European country
- Fluent English
