Generate new business by developing leads, understanding what business leaders and professionals in the industry need, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in your accounts and identifying win/win situations
Leverage your strong interpersonal skills to identify, engage with, and win new clients, while partnering collaboratively with technical sales, inside sales, marketing and consulting
Establish strong, partnership-minded relations with your clients
Provide customer feedback to the product, industry and strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement
Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels, with primary focus on "C" and enterprise level negotiations
Help customers and (COMPANY NAME) develop success reference stories

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record in new business development and complex direct sales up to C level
Previous experience in the software, telecommunications, hardware or manufacturing industry a definite plus
Strong business acumen, sense of ownership and a true "hunter" mindset
Curiosity, creativity and an outstanding customer focus
Passionate and excited about trends and innovations in engineering and technology
Autonomous, proactive and collaborative work style
Business fluency in German and English - both verbal and written - as well as excellent communication skills in both languages are a must
