What you'll be doing
* Designing and improving business processes to make everyday work smoother and more efficient
* Translating business needs into clear requirements, use cases, and solution designs
* Working closely with stakeholders and acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
* Understanding user needs through task and user analysis to ensure solutions truly fit
* Collaborating with colleagues to gather, validate, and refine requirements from start to finish
WHAT YOU BRING
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
* Solid understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
* At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or skill set
* Finnish is an advantage
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT A MUST)
* Experience with Customer Strategy in CRM environments
* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform infrastructure
* Background or interest in Business Analysis
