Saint-Gobain is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team of BI engineers that deploy & manage our BI applications in direct report to the Head of BI and Visualization.
As a BI Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other BI managers involved on different scopes as well as our different teams Data Capture and Delivery, Data Science & AI, Platforms & Architecture & Data Governance to accelerate data usage throughout the group.
We are looking for someone to lead and grow, talented a team of BI engineer's professionals. This candidate will develop people, cultivate working partnerships with business, encourage data democratization and business autonomy by promoting self-service bi usage.
You should have solid technical and communication skills to work with all projects stakeholders and generate impact. The successful candidate will be a proven leader who is comfortable with fast changing environments, able to understand functional complexity, dedicated to bringing service and value.

In this role, you will:

* Lead and manage of a 6+ person BI Engineer team
* Partner with other BI Managers to think at scale, enforce BI governance and reusability of applications.
* Partner with other Analytics Teams like Data Capture and Delivery, Data Architecture and Data Governance to build an integrated product end to end
* Democratize data usage in your scope by promoting self-bi usage.
* Ensure a high level of service including scoping, build, run, incidents management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* MS degree in Engineering.
* Strong experience (5+ years) in building BI applications on PowerBI, knowledge on MicroStrategy is a plus.
* Proven experience in managing a team within an international context
* Functional Proficiency in Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain or industrial processes is a plus.
