About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded leader to join our team and help us to drive stronger financial results by developing a cohesive commercial strategy which you will lead on.
Reporting to and working closely with the Customer Marketing Director for SouthWest region (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal) you will drive both the role and functionality, with the objective of rolling out best practice and repeatable models to deliver on revenue targets and initiatives within key SW countries, with a specific focus on French market. You will lead a team of 3 net revenue managers based in France, Spain and Italy.

What will you do
You will utilize market intelligence, analytics, financial data and scenario planning to develop strategies that influence the key areas of RGM across Price, Promotion, PPA, Mix and Trade Spend Efficiency. You will achieve this by developing close working relationships with cross-functional teams, leveraging existing expertise within the sales, marketing and finance teams to help inform decisions and to track success.
Critical to the success of the role will be your ability to take the lead in change management across the sales, marketing and finance communities to drive a revenue management mindset and ultimately embed the strategies into 'business as usual' activity.
Who you are:
To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate the following:
* Proven relevant experience in RGM, NRM, MS&P, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Finance, Customer Marketing in FMCG
* Proven ability to achieve results in a matrix organization with cross functional teams, underpinned by propensity to build relationships & navigate complex decision-making processes.
* Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and confident presenting skills, including in matters that are complex and deal with multiple stakeholder interests, and with Senior Management
* Assertive & principled style
