About the ORION Program
ORION is a strategic Retail business and technology transformation program focused on the global deployment of a new point-of-sale and stock management solution across all boutiques and divisions. The initiative aims to transform retail operations by simplifying ways of working for boutique teams, improving the customer experience, and securing rapid and sustainable adoption, while leveraging the solution's native capabilities as much as possible.

Positioning & Reporting Line
The role is part of the Orion Regional Business Team and is responsible for executing Change Management activities at regional level.
The ORION Regional Change Management Owner reports directly to the ORION Regional Business Lead.
The Orion Regional Change Management Manager acts as the regional counterpart of the Transversal Change Management Lead, ensuring compliance with the global framework while adapting execution to local organisation, markets and ecosystem.
The role works closely with regional business stakeholders, local champions and key users, and program delivery teams during deployment phases.

Role Overview
While the Transversal Change Lead defines the framework for scale, the Orion Regional Change Management Manager is accountable for proving adoption in operational reality, driving local mobilisation, readiness, UAT, training and hypercare change support.
The role anchors change activities in the field and ensures feedback and evidence from deployment are captured and reported to the global level.

What impact you will have

Regional change governance and planning

*You own and drive the regional Change Management plan, aligned with program milestones and PMO sequencing.
*You ensure alignment with global change governance and escalate readiness, resourcing or adoption risks when required.

Change impact assessment, readiness and adoption

*You localise and execute Change Impact Assessments (CIA) for markets and boutiques, validate impacts with key users and update them post-UAT.
*You execute readiness assessments and contribute inputs to business readiness gates.
*You track local adoption signals and provide structured feedback to the transversal team.

Training, UAT and hypercare support

*You co-own delivery of regional UAT and elevate CIA with user feedbacks
*You contribute to hypercare with change support activities.
*You adapt the training framework locally (Train-the-Trainer, end-user training, hypercare support), localize global core assets and coordinate with regional and local training teams end2end.

Engagement and change network activation

*You define and execute regional and market communication actions.
*You activate and animate the local change network (Ambassadors, Champions, Key Users).
*You maintain active feedback loops with the field to support continuous improvement.

What you will bring

*Experience in regional change delivery for Retail transformation programs.
*Strong execution mindset, with hands-on involvement in UAT, training and deployment phases.
*Ability to mobilise local stakeholders and manage adoption in operational environments.
*Strong communication, facilitation and escalation skills.
*Fluent English
