*Team*
You will join the HR Department at LumApps, within a fast-growing international environment. This role is part of the broader Talent Acquisition team, but it is a newly created position and the first dedicated role focused on Learning and Talent Management within the organization.
While the rest of the team is primarily focused on recruitment, this position will be responsible for building and structuring the Learning & Talent Management function from the ground up, defining processes, tools, and global frameworks to support employee development across all regions.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director and work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and leadership teams worldwide. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, combining both design and execution, with a strong impact on how talent is developed and scaled across the company.

*Missions*

* Learning:
-Construction and monitoring of the global training budget following the annual performance review campaigns.
-Operational deployment of training sessions (searching for providers including internationally, scheduling, invitations, evaluations).
-Management of relationships with our training partners and organizations (funding requests, co-investments).

* Talent management:
-Monitor and drive the operational deployment and internal communication around the new managerial framework on a global scale.
-Coordinate performance review campaigns on our HRIS (Lucca).
-Structure and monitor global talent reviews (People Reviews) in order to identify potential and anticipate the company's skill requirements.
-Participate in the reflection and formalization of career paths and internal mobility bridges.
-Monitoring of salary grids: participate in the update, deployment, and compliance of internal compensation grids and fairness/transparency challenges across all our countries.
-Transversal projects: Ad hoc assistance on HR development topics.

*Skills*
-Experience: 3 to 5 years in HR, ideally in a fast-growing international environment (Scale-up, international mid-sized company) where a hands-on approach is the norm.
-Knowledge of professional training mechanisms in France (OPCO, legislation) and an appetite for international scope.
-Solution-oriented mindset, strong deliverable culture, analytical rigor, and excellent communication skills to interact with managers in an international environment.
-Excellent command of collaborative tools and spreadsheets.
