MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

This role is to strengthen our Field Sales execution of (COMPANY NAME) brands in key Retail customers across all Customers and Categories.

The role covers the island of Ireland and will require in field management and travel focusing on a primary customers. This means improving communication flows, adding pace to agreed actions, and ensuring we land agreed execution plans in store. This role will ideally suit a highly energetic individual with passion to create and deploy a world class, insights-based retail execution plan into a fast paced environment.

JOB SUMMARY

Deliver Best in Class Execution & Insights

*
Gather field intelligence to bring best in class shopper insights to the business
*
Lead and manage day to day relationship between (COMPANY NAME) and our third party field sales partners through strategic in field management
*
Embed 'execution' plans from Field Sales reports, and seek ways to improve these reports
*
Work in field to improve and drive Perfect Store, Core of the Core / OSA, and Promotional compliance
*
Lead on establishing stakeholder responsibility in execution issues between Customer, CAM, Category management, Shopper Marketing & Field Sales teams

Improvement through knowledge & detail

*
Analyse reports from Field Sales; extract & share insights with the wider team
*
Generate action plans to improve our Execution performance in-store on a daily basis
*
Drive our execution KPI's at store level - Perfect Store, COTC, & Promotional
*
Compliance and ensure stakeholder delivery against concise action plans
*
Deliver compliance up-dates on all major customers via weekly reports whilst also attending weekly sales meeting with senior business leaders
*
Communicate in real time store, brand, competitor, and customer intelligence

Champion Retail Execution

*
Lead Big Bet Execution plans with passion & energy across our key customers
*
Build an influencing presence at the monthly Customer / Field Sales priority briefings
*
Lead the Retail Execution revolution through our third party JBP's
*
Present customer summary at appropriate Business Forum
*
Develop and leverage key contact relationships across the MCO
*
Lead monthly Engagement meetings with all our Field Sales Partners
*
Mange Execution Budgets, Work closely with F/Sales partners in developing their resource support and people / skills aligned to our plans.
*
Liaise with Retail Execution UK to ensure alignment "when possible" across UKI MCO

KEY REQUIREMENTS

*
Strong Field Sales background with advanced operational knowledge of the four Multiple Retailers & convenience sectors
*
Customer account knowledge an advantage but not a must have
*
Possess strong report writing skills
*
Excellent excel skills & data manipulation
*
Strong sales focus - with the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade at management level both internally and externally
*
Ability to embrace complexity & work across multiple categories & customers 'at pace' delivering to demanding timelines.
*
Knowledge or an interest in sales platforms such as yammer or salesforce in order to communicate best in class execution in retail execution across UKI MCO
