He or she carries out production and/or repair operations in his/her field of technological specialization, in accordance with the technical documentation. In addition to his or her Technician/Operator activities, the Logistics Team Leader is, for at least 20-50% of his or her time, responsible for coordinating a team of four to six people by responding to the first level andonand by facilitating Kaizen projects and tracking indicators in the field.
